What services do you provide?
We provide pet sitting, dog walking, bath bundles, and a la carte grooming services.
What are your business hours?
Our business hours are Monday-Saturday, 7 AM - 7 PM EST. We are closed on Sundays.

What are your shipping times for products?
We ship in approximately 2-4 business days. We work hard to get your orders out to you as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
How do I become a new client?
To become a new client with us please complete a New Client Intake Form on our website. You will receive a call or text from our customer support team to schedule a FREE initial Consultation or "meet and greet" with our team. After the meet and greet an invoice will be sent to you for your first visit with us. Any additional requests should be requested by logging in to your client portal on our website.
How can I book a service?
You can book services with us by logging into your client portal on our website and requesting the days and time blocks needed for services. Services are not guaranteed until approved by our team. You will receive an email confirming your request if approved with in 72 hours.
What are your service locations?
We are based in the Central FL area: servicing in Orlando and the local surrounding area. We look forward to partnering with you in giving your animal baby the best pet care services in the Orlando area.
What is your cancellation policy on pet care services?
We have a 30 day cancellation policy on all pet care services.
Do you provide overnight pet care services?
Yes, we provide house sitting (at your home) and boarding services (at the pet sitters home).
